Sri Mahabharata Jnana Yagnam 2019 - Purnahuti
The Mahabharata Jnana Yagnam that commenced on the 17th January 2019 in the blessed presence of H.H Pujya Sri Ramswarupananda ji Maharaj reached a conclusion on the 24th of March 2019. In this Jnana Yagnam, Pujya Acharya Sri Prem Siddharth ji's exposition on the episode of "Sri Vyadha Gita" revealed the intricacies of Dharma as instructed by the Vedas. Each discourse established the propriety of the epithet "Panchama Veda" to Mahabharata by revealing the glory of Hindu Culture and the astute vision of our Vedic Seers that is intricately woven into the episodes of the great epic.
In the course of these discourses, the subtle intricacies of Dharma were revealed and many common misconceptions about Swadharma, Ahimsa, Karma, Prarabdha etc were expelled. The discussion on Karma, Jnana, Swarga and Moksha has been dealt with unparalleled detail and clarity that is rarely found in other texts. The fact that the teachings of Mahabharata stand relevant to assist us in making our lives meaningful even in this day and age establishes the timelessness of our Scriptural Heritage.

The Mahabharata Jnana Yagnam was concluded at our Vyakhya Center on the 24th of March 2019. We students worshipped the Guru Parampara in the form of Lord Ganapati and Sri Vyasa Maharshi representing the Intellect and Penance that is embodied in Sri Mahabharata. This was followed by Vyasa Stuti and Aarati was offered to the scared text Sri Mahabharata. After the Puja, the volunteers received gifts from Pujya Swamiji and Mataji for their loving seva to this Jnana Yagnam followed by a brief note by Sri N Subramanyam Reddy who expressed gratitude to Pujya Acharya Swamiji and Ishwara for bestowing us with this wonderful opportunity of participating in the Mahabharata Jnana Yagnam. As we are aware, during the course of this Jnana Yagnam, Pujya Acharya Swamiji graced RSVP, Tirupati to receive the "Vachaspati" honor. A brief Audio-Visual summarizing the convocation programme was shown to the disciples much to their delight. As the events of the day came to a conclusion, the devotees partook the Mahaprasadam feeling blessed and awaiting another opportunity, another Jnana Yagnam.
